Therapy Groups

A Space to Heal, Reflect, and Awaken—Together

At Sacred Attention Therapy, our therapy groups offer a unique opportunity to explore your inner world in a safe, structured, and supportive setting. Each group is guided by an experienced therapist and is grounded in the Three Stages of Awakening—moving from personal healing to authenticity, and ultimately to spiritual insight.

Group work can powerfully complement individual therapy, offering the healing benefits of shared presence, mirroring, and community.

Sacred Attention Online Group

Group meeting for support and guidance for the psycho-spiritual journey.

Led by psychotherapist and spiritual teacher RICHARD HARVEY.

The first Sacred Attention Online Group is now meeting as a closed circle of eight committed participants. A second group is currently open to new members, offering an opportunity to join this rich and evolving space of inner exploration.

These groups bring together like-minded individuals dedicated to psycho-spiritual growth. They provide a space to share the challenges, insights, and joys of deep inner work in a supportive, respectful environment. Each participant helps shape the direction and themes of the meetings. You are invited to speak from where you are—sharing your present experience and your next step toward greater clarity, unity, and liberation.

Whether you are a therapist, a student of counseling or psychology, a committed inner explorer, or a spiritual practitioner, you are welcome here—without hierarchy, judgment, or comparison.

The Sacred Attention Online Open Group meets every four weeks, on Sundays from 14:30 to 16:00 CEST, via Zoom.

Silent Satsang

Satsang is a Sanskrit word meaning "purity or truth in group or association." The literal translation of Satsang is often expressed as "Sitting in the company of truth." The traditional Satsang has a group of people sitting in the company of the guru. Questions are asked of the guru who offers spiritual teaching. These Silent Satsangs will invite participants to develop and nurture a relationship with their own guru, their 'higher Self,' and find the answers they need at their spiritual altar. These gatherings will indeed see you 'sitting in the company of Truth'...the Truth that is YOU.

These Silent Satsangs take place on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 14:00 - 15:00 UK time, via a Zoom videoconference call.

Please bring with you to each Silent Satsang a notebook and writing implement.

These gatherings are offered from the heart. Your donation is gratefully accepted for participation.
